RESUME
The problem:
Collaborators do not have time to train in the gym due to overload and wasted time.
The objective:
Design an application that makes it easy to schedule a personal trainer according to the objectives of each user.
FINDINGS
- Users want to schedule a booking quickly.
- Want to showcase each personal trainer's skills,
- Add more payment methods
- The payment flow is very confusing
- The lack of notifications makes it difficult for you to know if your reservation process is complete,
